Section 33
Do not interfere with the rights of others
(1) An officer shall not interfere with the rights, responsibilities or duties of another officer while performing duties in accordance with this Act or prevailing laws.
(2) Officials who act contrary to subsection (1) may be prosecuted according to prevailing laws.
